Ingredients:

  1. 7 to 8 oz. medium-size shrimp
  2. 1-1/2 cup sliced celery
  3. 1/2 cup diced fine bok choy
  4. 1/3 cup diced fine green pepper
  5. 1 cup diced fine and peeled peapod
  6. 1/3 cup waterchestnuts
  7. 1/3 cup mushroom
  8. 1/3 cup bamboo shoot
  9. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  10. 1/3 teaspoon salt
  11. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  12. 1/4 cup cooking wine
  13. 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  14. 2/3 teaspoon MSG (optional)
  15. 1-2 tablespoon cornstarch
  16. Dash of white pepper
  17. 1 egg white

Directions:

Clean and wash shrimp, mix in a dash of white pepper and egg white. Also a little vegetable oil. Wash vegetables and drain, heat wok to 185 degrees with the oil in there. Put shrimp and stir in cookin wine. Add all vegetables and stir-fry for about 2-3 min. Depending on your heat, add 1 cup water and bring to boil. Check shrimp for doneness. Add seasonings and cornstarch to thicken.
It's done! Now you can have a wonderful and delicious Chinese dinner. Serve with steamed rice.
