Clean and wash shrimp, mix in a dash of white pepper and egg white. Also a little vegetable oil. Wash vegetables and drain, heat wok to 185 degrees with the oil in there. Put shrimp and stir in cookin wine. Add all vegetables and stir-fry for about 2-3 min. Depending on your heat, add 1 cup water and bring to boil. Check shrimp for doneness. Add seasonings and cornstarch to thicken.
